With over 28 years in the fitness industry, Micki has dedicated her career to helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered through movement. She previously served as Senior Director of Health & Wellness for YMCA Southcoast, where she led community wellness initiatives and mentored instructors. Studio 31 Pilates & Group Fitness represents her long-time vision to create a welcoming space where women can build strength, confidence, and lasting health.
