Meet Micki
Micki Poulton brings over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry, with expertise as both a Master Personal Trainer and Master Group Exercise Instructor. She holds numerous national certifications across a wide range of fitness formats and is especially passionate about women’s fitness, nutrition, and empowerment.
Professional Background
Most recently, Micki served as the Senior Director of Health & Wellness for YMCA Southcoast, where she dedicated 5½ years to building community health initiatives and mentoring instructors. Now returning to her home base at Atlantic Fitness, she is pursuing her lifelong dream of opening Studio 31 Pilates & Group Fitness.
Micki’s mission is simple yet powerful: to mentor the next generation of women in fitness and to help women over forty feel strong, youthful, and confident — inside and out.
