Refund & Cancellation Policy

Studio 31 Pilates & Group Fitness

At Studio 31, we understand that schedules can change. To keep classes running smoothly and fairly for everyone, the following policies apply.

Group Fitness Classes

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled class start time in order to receive a class credit. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class will result in forfeiture of that class, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Reformer Classes

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a class credit. Cancellations made within 4 hours of class will result in forfeiture of that class without refund or credit.

Specialty Classes, Workshops & Events

Specialty classes, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and do not qualify for class credits.

If you are unable to attend a specialty class, workshop, or event, you may transfer your spot to another individual provided Studio 31 is notified at least 24 hours in advance, and the new participant completes any required registration or waiver.

Class Pass Expiration Policy

All class passes expire 90 days after the first class is used. The first class must be redeemed within one year of purchase.

Studio Cancellations

If Studio 31 Pilates & Group Fitness cancels a class for any reason, clients will receive either a class credit or a refund to the original method of payment.

All payments are processed securely through Punchpass via Stripe. Studio 31 does not store credit card information.
