About Micki

Micki is a certified Pilates instructor and accomplished fitness professional with over 28 years of experience in group fitness, functional training, and mindful movement. Her background includes certifications in Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, Barre, strength and conditioning formats, and specialized athletic training programs.

Her teaching style blends precise technique with supportive coaching, helping clients build strength, alignment, and confidence — whether they’re new to Pilates or experienced movers. Micki’s classes focus on safe progression, core stability, and empowering clients to feel their best at any age or fitness level.
